What if I need additional time to write my book?

We have the right to accept your request at an additional fee and with new contract terms. We also have the right to deny your request.

I need more time to be coached on my purpose. Is that possible?

Yes. However, there will be an additional fee and a new contract must be agreed upon.

Can I purchase one service from the packages you provide, or do I have to purchase the full package?

I want more assistance than the 90 days of social media branding/graphic services you provide. Is that possible?

Yes, it is. You will have to renew your contract and pay an additional fee according to the time frame you request.

I want to have a one on one to discuss the vision I have for my brand/business before ordering a service. Is that possible?

Yes, it is. This is processed as a non-refundable consultation fee of $99.00.

Do I have to schedule a consultation before ordering a service?

Yes, due to the complexity and time frame of work, consultations are made before ordering a service. Consultations are done to determined what your specific needs are and what best suits them as a client.
